Ball Valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control flow through it.Stainless steel ball valve is open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90 degrees by the valve handle.

In floating ball valve, the ball is held in the position by the compression of the two elastomeric seats against the ball. Trunnion mounted ball valve is a solution to the problem of excessive torque required by floating ball valve in high-pressure service.
